How much does the Foundation plan cost?
Foundation costs ₹10,000 a month before 18% GST, billed annually, so ₹1,20,000 a year before GST. It starts with a 30-day free trial on your own data.
How many users does Foundation include?
Foundation includes 10 users. Extra users cost ₹900 each a month and your administrator can add them from the account site at any time.
How many documents can we create on Foundation?
Foundation allows 200 new business documents a month: sales orders, sales invoices, production jobs, purchase orders and purchase bills, including credit and debit notes. Accounting entries and stock movements are never limited.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You see a warning at 80%, and at 100% only new documents of that type pause until the 1st of next month or until you upgrade.
Can our CA or auditor get access?
Yes, on every plan. Invite your CA or auditor by email for read-only access; they can view and export but never save. Each auditor counts as one user.
