IndustryX Suite is a product of SunONE Technologies Private Limited, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refund requests.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

2. Refund Policy

3. Billing Disputes

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for breach of Terms of Service or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refunds shall be eligibile.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments for integrations or third-party tools are subject to the policies of those service providers and are not covered by this refund policy.

6. Policy Updates

This policy may be revised as necessary. Continued use of our services after revisions implies agreement.

7. Final Interpretation

Interpretation by IndustryX Suite team shall be considered as the final.
