Terms of Service

IndustryX Suite is a product of SunONE Technologies Private Limited, headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IndustryX Suite's cloud and on-premise services.

1. Account Registration

To access IndustryX Suite, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login details.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not misuse the platform or disrupt the service. **Users are required to cooperate with the support team by responding promptly for collaborative issue resolution.**

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing is based on transaction volumes, modules and/or user count. Details will be provided during the subscription process. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Data Handling , Customer Data Ownership & Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

All business data that you enter or generate within IndustryX Suite remains your sole property. The Company does not claim ownership of customer data and will only process such data for delivering and improving the service. The Company will never sell or distribute customer data to third parties, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to IndustryX Suite - including its software, source code, modules, architecture, user interface, workflows, documentation, APIs, logos, trademarks, and associated materials - remain the exclusive property of SunONE Technologies Private Limited. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use IndustryX Suite solely for their internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Users shall not:

• ● Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the application.
• ● Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or database structures.
• ● Use the software to develop or improve a competing product.
• ● Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings.
• ● Share, resell, sublicense, lease, or make the application available to third parties without written permission.
• ● Circumvent or attempt to bypass licensing or security controls.

Any third-party tools or libraries used within IndustryX Suite remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Feedback

Any ideas, suggestions, or enhancement requests provided by Users may be used by the Company without restriction or obligation. Users agree that such contributions do not grant them rights over resulting features or improvements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

SunONE Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 1 month of active subscription period

10. Prohibited Use

Users shall not use IndustryX Suite for any activity that is illegal, unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited under the laws of their country. This includes but is not limited to:

• ● Violating government regulations, statutory guidelines, or compliance requirements.
• ● Fraudulent invoicing, document manipulation, tax evasion, or financial misrepresentation.
• ● Money laundering, unauthorized financial transactions, or falsification of books and records.
• ● Hosting or distributing harmful code, malware, or unauthorized integrations.
• ● Attempting unauthorized access to other users, data or system components.

Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's account.

11. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for policy violations, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or misuse as described above. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
