Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan costs ₹0 with no time limit. It includes 2 users, 1 location and 50 business documents a month, with sales, purchase, stock and accounts. SunONE Technologies reserves the right to change plans, features, limits and pricing, including the Free plan; see the Terms of Service.
What is not included in the Free plan?
Manufacturing and quality control, extra users and email support. These start on Foundation at ₹10,000 a month. The Free plan may show sponsored offers on dashboards and reports, never on transaction screens.
How do I move from Free to a paid plan?
Upgrade from the account site at any time. Your data, users and documents carry over unchanged, and new limits apply at once.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You see a warning at 80%, and at 100% only new documents of that type pause until the 1st of next month or until you upgrade.
Can our CA or auditor get access?
Yes, on every plan. Invite your CA or auditor by email for read-only access; they can view and export but never save. Each auditor counts as one user.
