How to fill a template
- 1. Keep the headings. Do not rename, move or delete columns.
- 2. One row per record. Leave optional columns blank rather than typing "NA".
- 3. Use your codes. Product codes in the inventory sheet must match the products sheet.
- 4. Upload in order. Products, then suppliers and customers, then stock.
How do I upload master data into IndustryX?
Download the template for the data you want to load, fill one row per record without changing the column headings, save it as .xlsx and upload it from the matching master screen in IndustryX. Load products first, then suppliers and customers, then opening stock.
